Prior to law school, Mr. Hong received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Entrepreneurial Management at Cal State University San Bernardino (2010). Over the next decade, he ran his own IT company and provided guidance to struggling companies as a consultant to avoid shut down.
In 2019, Mr. Hong attended Trinity Law School receiving multiple awards for highest graded student in Torts, Constitutional Law, Community Property, Wills and Trusts, and Legal Research and Writing. Additionally, during his law school career Mr. Hong was invited to join the staff of Trinity Law School’s Law Review and Moot Court team. In his first Moot Court competition, Mr. Hong and his team won a briefing award out of 40 competing teams from all over the United States.
